Product Overview

The DEIF PPU-3 is a microprocessor-based digital generator paralleling and protection unit from DEIF Multi-Line 2 series, specially engineered for marine and on-site standby genset power management systems. It integrates automatic synchronisation, load sharing, generator electrical protection, three-phase measurement and alarm logging in one compact controller, widely adopted for shipboard power plants, offshore platforms and critical backup power systems. It works perfectly with PLC, SCADA and vessel AMS alarm monitoring systems via Modbus communication. Optional engine interface card adds independent engine start-stop and emergency shutdown protection, with backup supervision circuit even if the main CPU fails.
