Product Overview

The HIMA X-CPU-01 is the central safety processor module exclusively designed for the HIMA HIMax safety PLC system. The HIMA X-CPU-01 adopts 1oo2 dual synchronous processor architecture, built-in hardware comparator and continuous self-test mechanism to guarantee high integrity safety logic execution. This X-CPU-01 supports up to 32 independent user control programs, handles system redundancy and SafeEthernet communication between racks, and stores fault events from CPU and I/O modules. When communication fails with upper monitoring system, HIMA X-CPU-01 still runs safety logic independently to trigger safe state. The HIMA X-CPU-01 is widely deployed in oil & gas, chemical, power plant ESD emergency shutdown systems, F&G fire and gas safety control projects, and serves as critical spare part for HIMax safety system renovation and maintenance.
